PAYMENTS AND POLICIES



Payment Information

All customers must pay a deposit of $50 to book Dee-N-Dee Productions LLC and hold their date. Until the $50 deposit has been paid the date will remain available for any other customer to book. This deposit is non-refundable but any additional money that has been paid for the service is refundable up to 30 days before the event but may take up to 7 days to be refunded. If the date you would like to book is less than 15 days away, you are required to pay for the event in full and that amount will be non-refundable.

The full balance of the event must be paid for at least 48hrs before the date of the event. If the customer wishes to cancel the services, he/she must give us at least 15 days’ notice. Any cancellation after that point will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and any other money that was paid for the event.

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash App, PayPal (Friends & Family), Zelle, Venmo, Credit/Debit Card via Paypal Invoice (all credit/debit card payments via PayPal Invoice will require an additional 3.65% processing fee)

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations must be made no less than thirty (30) days before the scheduled occasion date to receive a refund on additional money paid outside of the deposit. If such cancellations are made outside of this window, all deposits and payments are non-refundable. This 30-day period allows us a fair and reasonable time to possibly gain back a booking for the date, as we will have turned away other potential customers while holding your reservation. If an occasion must be rescheduled due to rain or other inclement weather, any such rescheduling or refunding shall be at the discretion of Dee-N-Dee Productions LLC and current date availability. If this cannot be rescheduled the balance can be transferred to another event. There shall be no discounts or refunds if the occasion is finished earlier than the contracted period.
