PAYMENTS AND POLICIES
Payment Information
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date with Dee-N-Dee Productions LLC. Until this deposit is received, the date remains available to other clients.
- For events booked less than 15 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the event.
- Refunds, excluding the deposit, are available for up to 30 days before the event and may take up to 7 business days to process.

- Zelle
- Venmo
- Check (Must be received at least 15 days before the event) date)
Credit/Debit Card via PayPal Invoice (subject to a 3.65% processing fee)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a refund of payments made beyond the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of all deposits and payments.
- If rescheduling is necessary due to inclement weather, adjustments will be made at the discretion of Dee-N-Dee Productions LLC and based on date availability. If rescheduling is not possible, any remaining balance paid may be credited toward a future event.
No refunds or discounts will be issued if the event ends earlier than the contracted time.
